We offer the standard 3% commission to the buyers broker bringing the total commission to 4%, which is a 2% savings to the seller. On a $300,000 home that is a $6,000 savings for you! Market based minimum commission applies.
You will never be asked to show or market your own home we take care of that as well as completing all contracts, amendments and negotiations. We handle the transaction from our first meeting through the closing of the sale and beyond.
We will begin with an onsite meeting including a market analysis of your home to determine its value and any repairs or staging that may be needed to make your home market ready. Once we enter the listing agreement we will schedule professional photography and be ready to list your home on MLS within a few days.
We will hold Open Houses as needed and advertise your home through our syndicated MLS link allowing it to be seen on all Real Estate web sites as well as targeted advertising done on social media links including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

We all take part in the process of each transaction to ensure every aspect is being met in a timely manner including personal meetings, property showings, marketing and behind the scenes contract management.
How we are able to reduce our commission?
Because we don’t spend money on brick and mortar offices our overhead is much lower than the outdated traditional offices allowing us to reduce our expenses and pass the savings along to our clients.
Do other real estate agents show your listings?
Yes, we offer the standard 3% commission to the buyers agent which is identified on MLS so your home is just as desirable to be shown as any other on the market, all licensed agents have access to bring buyers to your home.
When is the commission paid?
There is no up front payment, only when we have successfully sold and closed on the sale of your home are we paid by the title company from the proceeds of the sale.
